The Center for Open Hiring at Greyston is a collaborative learning space (physical and virtual) that evaluates, improves, and defines Open Hiring™ best practices. The Center facilitates the adoption of Open Hiring and supports innovation in the delivery of community programs for employees and neighbors.

The Center for Open Hiring at Greyston advances the practice and promotion of Open Hiring offering programs and services in three self-reinforcing areas, Education and Training, Advisory Services, and Research and Programs.

Education and Training

Learn about Open Hiring through immersive opportunities, round-table discussions, and leadership forums.

Advisory Services

Via a fee-based service, we can guide your organization through the development of its Open Hiring program. From readiness assessments and stakeholder engagement, to pilot program design and operation, we have more than 35 years of hands-on expertise.

Research and Programs

Through academic and business partnerships, The Center advances Open Hiring best practices and makes that knowledge available to the public.

These will leverage Greyston’s knowledge and expertise and will be enhanced and expanded through feedback from The Center’s partners and participants.

Academic research and evaluation of the Open Hiring Model.
